      Centers of Influence

      Centers of Influence (COIs) are people or companies that influence the financial decisions of others. Some examples of COIs include attorneys, accountants and financial planners.

      FI Works has a feature that allows you to enter and edit COIs. COIs can then be added as additional contacts on prospect and customer profiles or used as a referral source.
