Demoting, Disqualifying and Reassigning Prospects

Click on the check box to change the item's status, priority, assignment, or disposition reason. You may check multiple items for reassignment to another user.

To demote Prospects back to Leads

1. Check one or more Prospects in the list.
2. Click demo.

To Disqualify Prospects

1. Check one or more Prospects in the list.
2. Select a Disqualification Reason.
3. Click the Disqualify button.

To Reassign Prospects

1. Check on or more Prospects in the list
2. Type in the name of the person that you are assigning the prospects to.
3. Click the Reassign button.
