Disposition Reasons

Disposition Reasons are used in FI Works to record the final disposition of activities like tasks, opportunities, and cases. When a user completes an activity, they are able to select a disposition reason from a list under the "Complete" status:

These lists of dispositions are managed by category:

For each category, you can create disposition lists that can have specific dispositions for the type of activity. For example, you can create a list that records the final disposition of an opportunity campaign.

In the example below, three disposition lists have been created for Opportunities.

The table to the left shows the lists that have been created. Clicking the name of the list will show the disposition values within the list. The default list contains three values: Accepted offer, Could not contact, and Rejected offer. 

You can create a new list by clicking on "Add List" and typing in the name. To add disposition reasons to a list, click on the list name then use the toolbar to add,  delete, rearrange, or sort items.
