      Downloading Dashboards & Reports

      There are several options for downloading dashboard and report information.

      • Download a dashboard as a PDF.
      • Download dashboard data as one or more CSV files.
      • Download a report as TXT, Excel, CSV or a PNG image

      These options are accessed by using the three-dot icons at the top right of the dashboard and in the report. If you are viewing a report and not a dashboard, you will only see the second icon below.

      Downloading Dashboards

      You can download the entire dashboard as a PDF or you can download the underlying data. 

      Downloading the PDF:

      1. View the dashboard.
      2. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
      3. Click Download as PDF
      4. Click Open in Browser to display the dashboard as a new browser tab.
      5. Or click Download to save the PDF.

      Downloading CSVs:

      1. View the dashboard.
      2. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
      3. Click Download as CSVs.
      4. If there is more than one visualization in the dashboard, the system will download data for each visualization and save the files in ZIP format.

      Downloading Reports

      You can also download a single visualization from a dashboard or a report. 

      1. View the dashboard or report.
      2. Hover the mouse cursor over the visualization on the dashboard or report.
      3. Click on the three-dot icon.
      4. Select the format for your download
