# Downloading Dashboards & Reports

There are several options for downloading dashboard and report information.

- Download a dashboard as a PDF.
- Download dashboard data as one or more CSV files.
- Download a report as TXT, Excel, CSV or a PNG image

These options are accessed by using the three-dot icons at the top right of the dashboard and in the report. If you are viewing a report and not a dashboard, you will only see the second icon below.

### Downloading Dashboards

You can download the entire dashboard as a PDF or you can download the underlying data. 

Downloading the PDF:

1. *View the dashboard.*
2. *Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.*
3. *Click Download as PDF*
4. *Click Open in Browser to display the dashboard as a new browser tab.*
5. *Or click Download to save the PDF.*

Downloading CSVs:

1. *View the dashboard.*
2. *Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.*
3. *Click Download as CSVs.*
4. *If there is more than one visualization in the dashboard, the system will download data for each visualization and save the files in ZIP format.*

### Downloading Reports

You can also download a single visualization from a dashboard or a report. 

1. *View the dashboard or report.*
2. *Hover the mouse cursor over the visualization on the dashboard or report.*
3. *Click on the three-dot icon.*
4. *Select the format for your download*
