How does FI Works get customer and account data?

When the FI Works system is implemented, we work with your IT department to extract data from the CIF, deposit, and loan applications. We also extract data from other systems like debit card and internet banking.

Your IT department sends us the extracted data each business day and we load the data into the FI Works database. FI Works also transforms and cleanses the data. For example, we transform system codes into English descriptions to make it more understandable. We also cleanse contact data (Name, address, phone numbers, etc.) to remove or replace bad data.
