FI Works Automation uses the SendGrid email engine from Twilio. Email design is done in the SendGrid application. You can access the designer through the Marketing menu in FI Works.
Registration
If you are a new user, you can register to get access to SendGrid. Click on the "Register for Access" link. The first step will already be completed if your FI Works environment has been set up for email campaigns. If step one is not complete, contact your FI Works account manager.
The next step is to verify your email address. If you have already done this, this step will be marked as complete.
The final step is to request access to SendGrid. Click the "Create my Login" button to create your account in SendGrid.
Signing In
Once your SendGrid account has been set up, click "Sign In" to access the designer.
