Leads and Prospects
In business terms, Leads are non-customers that you may want to do business with. Leads have not gone through a qualification process.
Leads are loaded from purchased lead lists. They cannot be manually added.
A Prospect is a non-customer that you have engaged and they have met minimum qualifications. You can convert Leads into Prospects. Prospects can also be manually added.
