Promoting, Disqualifying and Reassigning Leads

Click on the check box to change the items status, priority, assignment, or disposition reason. You may check multiple items for reassignment to another user.

 To promote Leads to Prospects

1. Check one or more Leads in the list
2. Click Promote

To Disqualify Leads

1. Check one or more Leads in the list
2. Select a Disqualification Reason
3. Click the Disqualify button

To Reassign Leads

1. Check on or more Leads in the list
2. Type in the name of the person that you are assigning the leads to.
3. Click the Reassign button.
4. If you want to Reassign and Promote in the same step, click on the Promote and Reassign button.
