Leads can be "promoted" to Prospects after they are qualified. Prospects can also be directly entered. ### Toolbar ![fiworks-prospect-toolbar](https://support.fiworks.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FIWorks%20Knowledge%20Base%20Images/fiworks-prospect-toolbar.png?width=358&height=251&name=fiworks-prospect-toolbar.png) - **Add Case** - Clicking this button allows you to create a new case. - **Add Contact History** - Clicking this button allows you to log a contact with the prospect. - **Add a Note -** Add a note for the prospect. - **Add an Opportunity** - Clicking this button allows you to enter a manual Opportunity on the prospect. - **Add Referral** - Clicking this button allows you to enter a sales referral. - **Open Activities** This section of the toolbar shows the number of active Tasks, Opportunities and Cases. Clicking on the button jumps you to the Activity section of the profile. - **Convert to a Customer -** Convert the current prospect to a customer. ### Prospect Information This section of the profile shows summary information for the prospect. This data must come from a list. It cannot be entered directly. ### Contacts This section shows primary contact information for the prospect. You can enter a separate related individual or just additional contact information for the prospect by clicking 'Add Contact'.
