Prospect Profile

Prospects are non-customers that have been through a qualifying process. Leads can be "promoted" to Prospects after they are qualified. Prospects can also be directly entered.

  • Add Case - Clicking this button allows you to create a new case.
  • Add Contact History - Clicking this button allows you to log a contact with the prospect.
  • Add a Note - Add a note for the prospect.
  • Add an Opportunity - Clicking this button allows you to enter a manual Opportunity on the prospect.
  • Add Referral - Clicking this button allows you to enter a sales referral.
  • Open Activities This section of the toolbar shows the number of active Tasks, Opportunities and Cases. Clicking on the button jumps you to the Activity section of the profile.
  • Convert to a Customer - Convert the current prospect to a customer.

Prospect Information

This section of the profile shows summary information for the prospect. This information can be edited to make additions or corrections.

If you enter a business name in the Company field, the system treats this as a business prospect. If you do not enter a business name, the system treats this as an individual prospect.

Business Information / Personal Information

This section lists demographics for business or individual prospects.

You can enter or correct any demographic data that came from lead lists.

CRA and Minority Information

FI Works can load lists with additional data for CRA tracking. This data must come from a list. It cannot be entered directly.

Contacts

This section shows primary contact information for the prospect. You can enter a separate related individual or just additional contact information for the prospect by clicking 'Add Contact'. You can also edit the contact card by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of the contact card.

Open Activities

This section lists all of the open Tasks, Opportunities, Cases, and Notes for the prospect. They are displayed in reverse chronological order.
