Relationship Types
The Relationship Type is used when an additional contact record is added to a customer or prospect. If the additional contact information is on the customer or prospect themselves, it should be left empty. Otherwise, you can select how the additional contact is related to the customer or prospect:
You can manage Relationship Types under the Setting menu:
Default values are:
- Accountant
- Attorney
- COI
- Family Member
- Financial Advisor
- Trustee
