Sales Pipeline

The Sales Pipeline only shows opportunities that have been assigned to you or that you have assigned to others. It is a shortcut to your personal opportunities. Only opportunities that have information on the sales tab are included.

  1. To view your sales pipeline, click “Pipeline” under the Sales menu.
  2. Use the filters to control what Opportunities are shown.
  3. Click on the Subject link to go to the specific Opportunity.

  • Filters - The Pipeline filter defaults to show opportunities assigned to you. You can also choose to see opportunities that you assigned to others.
  • Type – Task, Opportunity, or Case
  • Subject - The customer or prospect that is the subject of the opportunity
  • Status – The current status of the item. Status is set to Active when the campaign is executed. A user may change the status of the individual item.
  • Stage - Select the sales stage within the process
  • Probability - The probability that the opportunity will close successfully
  • Expected Close Date - The date that the opportunity is expected to close
  • Deposits - The total amount of deposit line items in the opportunity
  • Loans - The total amount of loans line items in the opportunity
  • Trust - The total amount of trust line items in the opportunity
  • Fees -  The total amount of fees in the line items in the opportunity
  • Next Step - The next step comment on the opportunity
  • Assigned To – The person that has been assigned the opportunity

Click on the Subject to go to the opportunity.
