The Sales Pipeline only shows opportunities that have been assigned to you or that you have assigned to others. It is a shortcut to your personal opportunities. Only opportunities that have information on the sales tab are included.
- To view your sales pipeline, click “Pipeline” under the Sales menu.
- Use the filters to control what Opportunities are shown.
- Click on the Subject link to go to the specific Opportunity.
- Filters - The Pipeline filter defaults to show opportunities assigned to you. You can also choose to see opportunities that you assigned to others.
- Type – Task, Opportunity, or Case
- Subject - The customer or prospect that is the subject of the opportunity
- Status – The current status of the item. Status is set to Active when the campaign is executed. A user may change the status of the individual item.
- Stage - Select the sales stage within the process
- Probability - The probability that the opportunity will close successfully
- Expected Close Date - The date that the opportunity is expected to close
- Deposits - The total amount of deposit line items in the opportunity
- Loans - The total amount of loans line items in the opportunity
- Trust - The total amount of trust line items in the opportunity
- Fees - The total amount of fees in the line items in the opportunity
- Next Step - The next step comment on the opportunity
- Assigned To – The person that has been assigned the opportunity
Click on the Subject to go to the opportunity.
