You can set up multiple sales processes each with their own sales stages to track the progress of opportunities. For example, you can set up separate processes for retail and business sales.
Sales Processes and Stages are used when an Opportunity is created for a Prospect or Customer:
You can manage Sales Process and Sales Stages in the Settings menu.
FI Works has one default sales process called “Business Development” with the following sales stages:
- Identification
- Qualification
- Needs Assessment
- Proposal Development
- Closed and Won
- Closed and Lost
There are two built-in sales stages that cannot be changed: Closed and Won, Closed and Lost. They must be in each process.
