About Search
FI Works has a search feature that is similar to Internet search engines such as Google. This approach allows you to search on the following fields to find and view customers, accounts, leads, prospects and centers of influence:
- Full or partial name
- Address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Account number
- Driver’s license number
- Tax ID
You can also search for Insight Reports using the following information:
- Report name
- Report description
Using the Search box
To search for accounts, customers, leads, prospects, centers of influence or reports, type your search criteria into the Search box and hit Enter.
Search Results
FI Works displays a new screen showing search results. The closest matches to your search criteria are displayed first. The search term is shown in bold text in the results. All search results are shown in the first tab.
- To narrow you search, use the tabs over the search results.
- To modify your search, type in your new search criteria and click the Search button.
- Click a link to view the profile or report.
