Signing On

FI Works is a web application that can easily be accessed with your web browser. To access the application, type the web address provided by your IT department into the address bar and hit enter.

The address should look like this:

yourbankname.fiworks.com

1. Enter your user name and password.
2. Click Sign In or hit the Enter key.
3. If you do not have a user name or password, please contact your institution's help desk.

FI Works guards against a malicious user making repeated bogus password attempts to gain access to the application. A username can be used with an incorrect password in a login attempt only five times within a 10-minute window. On the fifth failed attempt, the account is locked down. An application administrator must unlock the account before it can be used.
