To view the profile, search for a customer, prospect, lead, center of influence or account using the procedures in the Search chapter.
Profiles are also shown when you access a Task, Opportunity or Case from the Activity Queue. Each profile has a toolbar and buttons within the profile to access contact management and sales functions. To learn about these features, see the Sales & Contact Manager Tools articles.
