The My Queue component is available on the Home page. It is designed to give you a quick view of your Tasks, Opportunities, Cases and Reminders. My Queue shows the five most recent items assigned to you in each of these categories.
- Priority - The priority of the item. Priority is set when the campaign is executed or when a user changes the priority of the individual item.
- Campaign - The name of the campaign that generated the item
- Subject - The customer or prospect that is the subject of the item
- Assigned - The number of days ago the activity was created
Viewing Activities
- Click on a tab
- Click on the Subject to go to the activity
Using Reminders
- On the Reminders tab, select the time frame desired
- Click on the reminder to go to the activity
Sorting
- Click on the column header in the table to sort by the column.
- Click on the column header again to sort in descending order.
- Clicking the column header again removes the sort.

Click on the View All link to go to the Activity Queue
