Using My Queue

The My Queue component is available on the Home page. It is designed to give you a quick view of your Tasks, Opportunities, Cases and Reminders. My Queue shows the five most recent items assigned to you in each of these categories.

  • Priority - The priority of the item. Priority is set when the campaign is executed or when a user changes the priority of the individual item.
  • Campaign - The name of the campaign that generated the item
  • Subject -  The customer or prospect that is the subject of the item
  • Assigned - The number of days ago the activity was created

Viewing Activities

  1. Click on a tab
  2. Click on the Subject to go to the activity

Using Reminders

  1. On the Reminders tab, select the time frame desired
  2. Click on the reminder to go to the activity

Sorting

  1. Click on the column header in the table to sort by the column.
  2. Click on the column header again to sort in descending order.
  3. Clicking the column header again removes the sort.
