Using Scorecard Views

On a day-to-day basis, you will use the scorecard on your home page to view your scorecard. FI Works also has two scorecard views that give you additional options: Summary Scorecard and Comparative Scorecard.  Both views allow you to view different areas of your organization. This option is for users that manage multiple branch locations and divisions.

Summary Scorecard

To view the Summary Scorecard, click on “Summary Scorecard” under the Scorecard menu.

The default view of the Summary Scorecard shows a list of KPIs like the scorecard on the home page. You can also view KPIs as a series of "cards".

To see the card view, click on the Cards Button.

Comparative Scorecard

The Comparative Scorecard allows you to see 3 different levels of your organization side-by-side so you can compare KPI performance.

  1. To view the Comparative Scorecard, click on “Comparative Scorecard” under the Scorecard menu.
  2. Use the Organization filters to select 3 levels of your organization.
  3. Click Filter

You will only be able to select organization levels that you normally have access too. For example, if your access limits you to one branch, then you will not be able to use this view since you can only select one branch.
