The menu gives you access to the major features of FI Works. It is controlled by the permissions granted to each user. If you do not have permission for an item, it will not appear.
Basic Navigation.
The top-level menu shows the main functional areas of the application.
- Click on the application logo to go to your home page.
- Click on the top level menu items or hover your mouse cursor over them to see the sub-menu
- Click on the sub menu item to go to that feature.
Collapsing the Menu
After you get more familiar with the menu and the menu icons, you can collapse the menu so that you just see icons.
To collapse the menu, click on the icon with 3 horizontal lines.
Click on individual icons to see the sub menus:
You can click the gear icon to go to the home page.
Scorecards Menu
- Summary Scorecard - Displays the summary scorecard with current month-to-date values. This scorecard also appears on the home page.
- Comparative Scorecard - Displays a view of the Scorecard that allows you to pick 3 different organization levels to view at one time.
- Set Goals - Displays a data entry worksheet to set goals for your branch
Analytics
- Dashboards - Displays the dashboard catalog to view and organize dashboards
- Reports - Displays the list of custom reports
Machine Learning
- Machine Learning - Displays a dashboard that shows machine learning models and predictions.
Profiles
- Customers - Displays a list of customers and related balances
- Accounts - Displays a list of customers and accounts
- Leads & Prospects - Displays the Lead & Prospect Manager
- Centers of Influence - Displays the Centers of Influence Manager
Activities
- Activity Queue - Displays a list of all activities assigned to you
- Opportunities - Displays a list of opportunities assigned to you
- Referrals - Displays a list of referrals that you made
- Contact History - Displays logged contact history
Marketing
- Marketing - Displays the Campaign Manager
Settings
- Administration Console - Displays the Administration Console which allows application administrators to change security, KPI, and campaign management settings
Page Header Menu
There are 4 additional menu options in the upper right corner of every page.
Notifications
If you have reminders, tasks, cases, or opportunities assigned, the red badge by the bell icon shows the number of activities. Clicking on the bell shows the list of activities.
Add
The add button allows you to quickly add a Prospect or Center of Influence (COI) from anywhere in the application.
Help
The Help button takes you to the FI Works Help Center (this document).
User First Name
This menu allows you to view your personal setting, change your password, or log out.
