# Using the Notes Tab

The Notes Tab allows you to view or add notes to activities. These items are visible to anyone who views the Task, Opportunity, or Case. Notes can be used to document specific details on the Activity.

To add a Note:

1. *Start typing in the text box to add a note.*
2. *Click “Save Note” to save the note.*
