Using the Survey Tab

Survey campaigns can be used to generate Opportunities. When a survey is complete, the survey responses can be imported as Opportunities. If the response includes product needs, they are matched to bank products. Opportunity line items are created automatically from these responses.

When an Opportunity is generated from survey responses, the Survey tab is included. This tab shows the survey questions and responses.
