      Finding Dashboards

      How do I find dashboards?

      Finding Dashboards

      To find dashboards:

      1. Click Analytics in the menu
      2. Click Dashboards in the sub-menu

      This page displays a list of all dashboards that are available to you based on your security permissions. 

      Favorites

      Each dashboard listed has a star icon that allows you to mark the dashboards as a favorite. If you have added favorites, your favorite dasboards will be display when you click on "Dashboards" in the menu.

      Folder

      Dashboards are organized into folders. The folders that are visible to you are limited based on your security permissions.

      Users in your institution may have permission to create custom dashboards. These are stored in the "Customer" folder.

      Searching

      You can also use the dashboard search bar ("Search for dashboards") to find dashboards across folders.

      Browsing Dashboards and Looks

      Dashboards and reports are organized into folders.

      1. To view Dashboards and Reports, click on “View” under the Dashboards menu.
      2. Expand folders under the Shared folder to find the Dashboard or Look.
      3. Click on the name of the Dashboard or Report to view it.

      In this example, a dashboard was created to show a map of customers' locations. The dashboard contains the map visualization along with filters to limit the results to a state and city.
