What's New in Release 2022.3.0?

This release focuses on providing a modernized customer profile view. Every aspect of the profile has been redesigned to make it easier to see a 360-degree view of your customers.

Customer Profile

Add New

The Add New button has replaced the toolbar. Click Add New to add new Cases, Contact History, Notes, Opportunities, and Referrals.

Open Activities

The Open Activities button shows the number of open activities for the customer. Click on the button to jump to the list of open activities.

Customer/Member Information

Basic information about the customer or member is displayed in a side panel on the left side of the page. Custom fields are now displayed at the bottom of this panel. 

Totals

Totals for deposits, loans, trust, and profit are now shown at the top of the page. This makes it easier to see the size of your relationship with the customer. These totals only include accounts that are owned by the customer.

Accounts

Accounts that are related to the customer are shown in separate tables based on the relationship between the customer and the account. If a customer is related to accounts where they are not an owner, the accounts are listed in a second table.

The first table (Owns) shows all of the accounts where the customer is an owner. The second table (Related To) shows accounts where the customer is not an owner but still has a relationship (i.e. signer on an account). If the customer is not related to other accounts the Related To table will not be shown.

The Parties column shows all others that are related to each account. These are initially collapsed. Click on the plus symbol or "Parties" to expand the list of other parties.

Services

If an account has a debit card or e-statement, icons will be displayed next to the product name. The new Services tab shows the number of services for the customer. You can click on the tab header to show a list of the services for the customer. This list includes debit cards, e-statements, online banking, mobile banking, and bill payment.

Recommendations

The new Recommendations tab shows product and service recommendations that are created from FI Works' machine learning models. The recommendations are listed based on the probability that the customer will accept an offer for the product or service.

Contact Cards

Contact information from your core system and additional contact information recorded in FI Works are now shown as contact cards. You can add new contact information by clicking on the "Add Contact" button. Click the pencil icon to edit a contact added in FI Works.

Activities and Notes

All activities including Tasks, Opportunities, Cases, Emails, and Notes are now shown in a timeline format. This makes it easier to see both active and historical activities at a glance. Each card in the timeline shows details about the activity so you can see them without having to open the activity. Click on the blue link to open the activity.

Account Profile

The Account Profile now has a similar design to the new customer profile. The side panel on the left shows account-level information that is the same across the type of product (deposit and loans). It also shows account-level custom fields imported into FI Works.

Account information that varies by product type (deposits vs. loans) is shown underneath the totals for the accounts. 

Other aspects of the Account Profile have slight cosmetic changes.

Activities

Minor styling changes have been made to Opportunities, Tasks, Cases, Referrals, Notes, Additional Contacts, and Contact history. These activities have the same functionality as in previous releases.

A Close button was added to Opportunities, Tasks, and Cases to allow you to close the activity without recording changes.
