Working With Centers of Influence

There are two ways you can add a Center of Influence to FI Works:

Add Button

To add a new Center of Influence, click on the Add menu in the upper right corner of any page and select Center of Influence

Centers of Influence Manager

  1. To view the Centers of Influence Manager, click on Centers of Influence under the Sales menu.
  2. Click the Add button to enter a new Center of Influence.

Editing Centers of Influence

1. To view the Centers of Influence Manager, click on Centers of Influence under the Sales menu.

2. Click on the Company or Contact link to view or edit the Center of Influence.

3. Select a Relationship to indicate the type of relationship between the Center of Influence and your customers and prospects.

4. Enter the contact details for the Center of Influence

5. Click Save

Uses of Centers of Influence

Once you have entered and saved a Center of Influence, you can use it when you create a referral. For more information, see Adding Referrals.
